Which is Better: HGH Injections or Supplements?

The human growth hormone (HGH) is both powerful and illegal in the United States, yet demand is rapidly increasing--and there's little doctors can do to stop it.  Thanks to a 1990 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, there is evidence it could possibly improve lean body mass and bone quality, two common areas that degenerate due to old age.  Today, anti-aging specialists claim it can actually reverse the effects of time.

There are two ways to get HGH: via an injection or a supplement that naturally increases your HGH output--the latter not being illegal. Today, we're going to see which one is better--and safer--for you.

Which is Better?: HGH Injections

HGH injections are commonly used (and abused) by athletes and professional sports stars because of its availability, easy usage, and the instantaneous results. Athletes believe HGH injections can increase their lean body mass and reverse the bone-degenerating effects of old age.

Obtaining HGH for intravenous use is highly controversial.  Although a Stanford University School of Medicine survey showed that it could help increase muscle and body fat by two kilograms, it has also been shown to cause chronic renal failure, growth retardation and a handful of genetic disorders.  It may also affect heart function, making it particularly dangerous for athletes. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved its use as an endurance aid.

Whichis Better?: HGH Supplements

HGH supplements are a bit misleading, as they actually don't contain the human growth hormone.  What they do contain are several ingredients thatreportedly stimulate the pituitary gland, which causes the body to produce more HGH.  HGH supplements are usually marketed to people who have low HGH levels, such as the elderly.

GenF20 is considered one of the best HGH supplements on the market today.  But why?  Believe it or not, there is clinical evidence one of its key ingredients, called pituitary powder, can help reverse weight gain caused by old age.  Its other ingredients may also help promote lean body mass and slow down the loss of skin elasticity.  It was doctor-endorsed by several health professionals this year.

Because these supplements help people create more HGH, they are not illegal.  Some anti-aging specialists consider these supplements far safer than HGH injections because it naturally works with your body--it doesn't inject synthetic or foreign sources of it into you.

Sowhich is better?  It's pretty obvious: HGH supplements are the way to go--if you want to do it legally and safely.
